Ralco Moves Headquarters to Downtown Marshall

Ralco Moves Headquarters to Downtown Marshall

Ralco, an innovative leader in natural products for livestock and crop producers, is proud to announce their new Global Headquarters in downtown Marshall, Minnesota. For over 50 years, Ralco has established a reputation of excellence in the agriculture industry with trusted products that overcome producer challenges.

Brian Knochenmus, CEO and owner of Ralco, shared his enthusiasm about the move saying, “This is an incredibly exciting moment for our company. Our new space is designed for innovation and solving customer problems in ways that weren’t possible before. In addition, I think this move will bring new life to Marshall with more than 50 people coming downtown every day – that’s a lot of energy and buzz for the community.”

Bob Galbraith, founder of Ralco, started the company out of his garage on April 21, 1971. It was located on 2nd Avenue and James Street in Marshall. He went on to build the first Ralco headquarters at Hahn Road in Marshall’s Industrial Park with 16 employees and distribution in 32 states. Now five decades later, Ralco employs 200 people with distribution in over 40 countries worldwide.

The impressive 17,000-square-feet office location is modern and inviting with a wide variety of collaborative meeting spaces. The environment encourages creativity by utilizing elements such as floor-to-ceiling white boards yet maintains its open concept with natural light, glass walls and greenery for an aesthetically pleasing but productive atmosphere.

Previously the Landmark Mercantile and Atlantic Hotel, Ralco’s design engineers worked hard to preserve remnants of the historic buildings while giving the old infrastructure new life.

Located on the second floor, Ralco’s headquarters are neighbors with the new Atlantic Place restaurant and The Upper Room event center. Both venues boast stunning views of the city and are perfect for weddings, corporate events and a delicious meal.

“We’re here to stay in our hometown for many years to come,” said Knochenmus. “This new space has tremendous potential for growth allowing us to further our mission of helping producers overcome tomorrow’s challenges and create a safer food supply for the world.”
